My greatest fear for the US is the lack of push back on Trump & his appointees by powerful organisations and individuals. I realise that’s risky. But if the will to resist doesn’t exist… Or maybe it doesn’t exist till people are hungry or the lights go out? In terms of food, is a fundamental problem that we know what food is good and that everyone should be able to get sufficient amounts of good food but the structure of the corporate part of the industry doesn’t deliver to that knowledge, it’s about other goals entirely.
