Good stuff, Mike! I wonder if some version of a replicator (Star Trek), like a 3d printer with access to food ingredients, could be used to transform the food industry into a full-on tech industry, meaning the disruptions would happen just as quickly.
On the other hand, there might be another reason why disruptions in tech take center stage: because tech underlies everything, including the way food is produced, distributed, marketed, etc. At its core, the world in 2023 is all tech.
